Lab Lab Hyacinth Bean – Dolichos Seeds

Also known as Dolichos lablab. A shady climber with stunning purple flowers followed by purple pods which can be used in curries.

The pods are flat, blunt and slightly curved. Small young pods can be cooked and eaten whole or left to mature for use fresh or dried.
